Frank Culotta

Frank Paul Culotta age 91 years, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully in his sleep while residing at the Southeast Louisiana War Veterans Home in Reserve, LA on Saturday, March 30, 2024. Frank was born on May 5, 1932, in New Orleans, LA to the late Paul Salvadore Culotta and Josephine LaRocca Culotta. Frank was predeceased by his loving wife of 72 years, Joycelin Wolfram Culotta and his brother, Vincent Paul Culotta.  Frank is survived by his two daughters, Deborah A. Culotta (Burke) and Bonnie C. Beck (Gerald Sr.), three grandchildren, Gerald Beck Jr. (Jamie), Jessica Burke, Julie Morrow (Philip), and four great-grandchildren, Caden, Gabby, Brendan and Regan.
Frank loved traveling, especially with his wife and the other members of various antique and classic car clubs. He was an expert in his field of restoring antique cars and could fabricate, build, and/or fix anything. Frank requested cremation without any services. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to either the American Heart Association, Dementia Research and/or the Kidney Foundation.
